Eligibility

The rules below are for general guidance only.

AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:
- Current employees of passenger airlines.
- Retired employees of passenger airlines.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of current / retired employees of passenger airlines travelling with the staff member.
- Air Express providers (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of current / retired employees of Air Express providers travelling with the staff member.
- GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of current / retired employees of GDS travelling with the staff member.

Proof of employment must be provided with payment
One eligible staff member must occupy each cabin booked.

This booking is subject to final confirmation which will follow within 12 hours. You will receive your documentation by e-mail within 24 hours, please check that all documents are correct upon receipt.

Certain restrictions apply. Rates are capacity controlled and subject to change without notice.
A non refundable service fee of £35 per cabin is additional and will be added to final invoice cost.
Cruise Fuel Surcharges are not included and will be added at the time of booking.
Eligibility will be confirmed at the time of booking.
